• We strongly recommend sturdy boots for hiking around in the woods.
• A warm sweater for chilly nights in the mountains.
• A sleeping bag - temperatures can be as low as 5°C.

• A long sleeved shirt or two to avoid insect bites in the humid tropical forest.
• A light rain jacket.
• Sandals or a comfortable pair of shoes for relaxing in.
• A flashlight and water bottle for each person.
• Sunscreen and a hat to protect your face.
• Mosquito repellent.
• For amazing nature observations you need just one more thing: Your binoculars.
